1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nirvian's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Nirvian provides the following services:

Web design and development
Mobile and web application development
Solar energy systems installation and maintenance
IT support and managed services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require:

Initial advance payment before project commencement
Milestone-based payments as per agreement
Final payment upon project completion and client approval

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to transparent communication about any timeline changes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed projects are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Nirvian retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our work as specified in individual project agreements:

Web development: Bug fixes for specified period post-launch
Solar installations: Equipment warranties as per manufacturer terms
IT support: Service level agreements (SLAs) as per contract

7. Limitation of Liability

Nirvian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, except as required by applicable law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed up to that point.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
